1. Please send me a DM on Instagram or fill out the COMMISSION FORM to be put on the waitlist.2. I accept Payment through PayPal after finalizing all commission details (Please pay within 24 hours of this).3. While I work on the commission, feel free to ask for progress updates. I want to do my best to capture your vision!4. I will put the final commission artwork (PNG or transparent PNG) in a Google Drive Folder and share the link for you to access it.Note: I may share the commission on my Social Media unless you specify to opt out!

GENERAL
By commissioning any artwork, you agree to the terms outlined below and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.- Commissions are for Personal Use only. No commercial use.
- Please credit any artwork commissioned from me.
- Do not remove any watermarks on any commissioned work from me.
- Do not modify or edit the commissioned work without my permission.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used for any AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- Do not share any sketches or WIPs from the commission process.
- I have the right to refuse a commission in the event of a violation to my Terms of Service.
Do: Fanart, Original Characters, Simple/Straightforward Backgrounds,
Don'ts: NSFW, Gore, Furries, Mecha, Complex Backgrounds
REFERENCES/DESCRIPTION:
- All references and descriptions should belong to you and not others.
- No AI references.
- Be as descriptive as you want so I can deliver an artwork closest to your vision.PAYMENTS
- All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
- Payments should be paid fully within 72 hours.
- Extra complexity fee may range from $10-$100.REVISIONS
- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. You may request 2 revisions only.
- Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless there is a significant error I made in the process.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions may take as long as a month or a few days depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
- I will do my best to keep updates as frequent as possible.
- A rush fee may be added if there is a tight deadline. Please indicate on request form or message me.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. By commissioning me, you are purchasing usage rights rather than ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my services.
- Post on social media and in my portfolio
- Create prints/merchandise (For fanart commissions only.)REFUNDS
- You may cancel a commission before payment is made.
- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.COMMUNICATION
- Communication is very important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week during any part of the commissioning process, I have the right to deliver the commission as is.
- If you do not hear from me for more than a week, please feel free to reach out to any of my social media platforms or email.
